Transmittals

Medical Assistance Transmittals are scheduled updates to the Medical Assistance Eligibility Manual. The quarterly transmittals are effective the first of each January, April, July and October. Transmittals are posted in draft form for 30 days before the effective date of the transmittal. During this draft phase, the public is invited to submit comments. Information on how to submit comments is included in the draft transmittal.
