Make Sure Your Children Have Health Coverage This School Year

Going back to school looks a little different this year. As your children head back to school, Virginia Medicaid wants to help keep them protected by making sure they have quality health coverage. 

Plan for a Better Future

We can help you plan for the future. Medicaid coverage also includes family planning services. These services include education and support to help you decide if or when you want to have a baby. Lab testing, counseling, contraceptives, and more are covered.

Protect the Well-Being of Your Child

If you meet the FAMIS income limits and are either a pregnant woman or have a child, we may have coverage for you. Apply for our FAMIS or FAMIS Moms programs to help protect your child’s future. FAMIS is for children, and FAMIS Moms is for pregnant women.
