Cover Virginia Dashboard

The Cover Virginia Dashboard compiles Cover VA statistical data to meet the requirements set forth by items 292.N.1 and 292.N.2 of the Appropriations Act.

Item 292.N.1 mandates an annual report for the Cover VA Call Center (CVCC) which compiles call volumes, top call reasons, telephonic application volumes and costs of the Call Center contract.

Item 292.N.2 is a quarterly report which requires reporting of the volume of applications processed by the Cover VA Central Processing Unit (CPU) and costs associated with the operation.

Information shown in this dashboard satisfies these requirements and provides information on specialized populations served under the Cover VA contract.
