Open Enrollment 2021 Has Begun

Having a health care plan that meets your needs is important. During Medicaid Open Enrollment you can change your health plan for any reason. For some Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus members, open enrollment starts October 1 and ends December 31, 2021. For others, open enrollment starts November 1 and ends December 31, 2021. We will send you a letter by mail with your dates and plan selection packet.

Health plans offer added benefits including vision, hearing and free smartphones. Think about what benefits are important to you so you can pick a plan that best meets your needs. If you like your current plan, you do not need to do anything. You can stay with your current health plan.
