The dates of open enrollment are changing for all Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC Plus) members. Starting in 2023, your open enrollment dates depend on where you live.
Open enrollment is the time when you may change your Medicaid health plan for any reason. You will get a letter in the mail about your options. For members living in the Central region, the open enrollment period is April 19, 2023 – June 30, 2023. You can change your plan even if you picked a new plan last year.
